Emergency Criteria

• Major plumbing problem
• Major water leak
• Electrical problem
• Vandalism

1. Toilet overflowing/clogged:
1. Locate a plunger.
2. Center rubber portion of plunger over toilet drain and push.
3. May require 3 or 4 plunges to clear drain.
4. Use towels to soak up overflow.


2. Sink not draining or backing up:
1. Locate a plunger.
2. Center rubber portion of plunger over sink drain and push.
3. May require 3 or 4 plunges to clear drain.
4. Use towels to soak up overflow.


3. Air conditioner not cooling:
1. Locate thermostat on wall(usually in living room or hall).
2. Place switch in the cool position.
3. Turn temperature dial to 75 degrees F or desired temperature (if no thermostat, temperature is set at 75 therefore proceed to step "d").
4. Wait at least 5 minutes to turn on.
5. Make sure your air vents are open.
6. Make sure all your breakers are switched on in your breaker box.
