* Get Renter’s Insurance. Although we are very security conscious, theft is always
a possibility even in the best neighborhood. We recommend obtaining some type of
renter’s insurance either as a separate policy or as a rider on your parents’ homeowner’s
insurance. It may prove to be a very reasonable precaution.
You should come directly to the office when you arrive at Glenwood Terrace to move
in. If you are coming after regular office hours or on a weekend, you should call
the office on the prior business day so that arrangements can be made to meet you.
All of our apartments have plenty of off-street parking. You will need a current
parking permit if you have a car on the property. In order to obtain your parking
permit, bring your driver’s license and a copy of your current auto insurance. The
car must be registered in your name or your parents. There is no charge for the
permit.
